Shipping Policy
Every order ships from our home base in Orlando, Florida via USPS Priority Mail.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is one flat charge based on the size of your order. The exact amount is calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay:
- A single small bottle — $10.00
- Most orders — $16.95
- Large and wholesale orders — $24.95
One charge covers your whole order, however much is in the box — there is no per-item shipping fee.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and handed to USPS within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 2–3 business days after your order ships. That's USPS's estimate, not a guarantee — carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number as soon as your label is created. Give the tracking link a few hours to show movement after you receive it.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — see our Refund Policy. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or a package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, reach out through our Contact page and we'll track it down or make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; a new shipping charge may apply.
