Welcome to MyDab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of my-dab.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

MyDab is a family business based in Orlando, Florida, selling plant-based topical products for people and pets. You can reach us any time through our Contact page.

2. Our Products

Our products are topical botanical preparations intended for external use only, as directed on each label. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical or veterinary advice — if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have concerns about your pet's health, consult a qualified professional before use. Review the ingredient list before use if you have known allergies or sensitivities, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable, where we identify a pricing or listing error, or where we suspect fraud. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier; however, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us and we will work with you to make it right, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors happen. We do not warrant that the content of the Site is error-free, and we reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.
